Straight answers.
What founders ask before working with us — the honest version.
The studio
What is Innoverse?
Innoverse is a product engineering studio for founders, based in Belgrade and working across the EU and US. We turn ideas and AI-era prototypes into products that survive real users, real data, and real scale. AI made prototypes cheap; closing the gap to production is what we exist to do.
Who does Innoverse work with?
Founders with a validated idea, an AI-era prototype, or an early product with real usage — who want a partner that challenges decisions, not a ticket executor. Being non-technical isn't a barrier; refusing any discovery, or wanting a fixed spec built with no product input, is. Established teams are served through Augment.
Who's behind Innoverse?
Innoverse is led by Nikola Stanojević, CEO and co-founder — a repeat founder with a computer-science background and years across startups, product companies, and larger organisations, spanning product, technical roadmaps, and implementation. He's hands-on with AI daily. The founding team is technical; the studio is small and senior by design.
Working together
What's the difference between Build, Venture, and Augment?
Three engagement models on one team. Build is end-to-end product development — we design, build, launch, and scale, owning delivery. Augment embeds our senior people inside your team, bringing standards, not just capacity. Venture is a deeper equity or revenue-share partnership, taken on with only a few founders a year.
Should I choose Build or Augment?
Choose Build when you want us to own delivery end to end, from architecture to launch and the long run after. Choose Augment when you already have a team and need senior engineering capability, standards, or fractional technical leadership added to it. If the goal is seats at the lowest rate, Augment isn't the fit.
How does Venture work?
For a few founders a year, we go past the invoice — equity, revenue share, or a hybrid — plus product and technical direction and the build itself. There's no standard term sheet; it's case by case. It isn't passive investment, and it isn't a discounted route to development. The best way in is a conversation.
How do you use AI without shipping vibe-coded junk?
AI-accelerated delivery is how a small studio moves fast — but speed is made safe by senior review of everything that ships, testing that reflects production reality, and architecture decided before code generation starts. And we won't publish speed or cost multipliers we can't prove. The discipline is the point, not the acceleration.
What happens after I reach out?
You write, and a founder reads it — no SDR, no qualification bot, no ticket number. Then a 30-minute call, with technical people on our side, so bring the hard questions. You leave with a straight answer: a proposed way to start, or an honest “not the right fit,” with the reason.
Practical
Where is Innoverse based, and do you work remotely?
Innoverse (Innoverse d.o.o.) is based in Belgrade, Serbia, and works remote-first with founders across the EU and US. EU and UK teams get full working-hours overlap; US time zones get defined overlap windows, agreed before an engagement starts and kept afterwards.
What does it cost?
Pricing is scoped to each engagement, so we don't publish rates — the honest answer is talk to us, and you'll get a real number fast. We also offer two lower-commitment ways to start, a Discovery Sprint and an AI Proof-of-Concept, when you'd rather test the working relationship before a full build.
What does Innoverse not do?
We decline fixed-spec ticket execution with no product involvement, and building on an unvalidated idea with no discovery. We also stay out of compliance-dominated domains — medical devices, gambling, and crypto speculation.
Do you use cookies or track my data?
No. The site has no cookies, no trackers, no ads, and no consent banner. The only personal data we process is what you send through the contact form — name, email, optional company link, and message — used to reply, nothing else. Messages are kept 24 months after last contact, then deleted.
